Bill,

Not adding K or BK to end of messages sounds like a good idea but it 
would not work for me.  I find the carrier signal somewhat annoying so I 
keep the sound turned off both on transmit and receive.  I use visual 
displays only.  This might also be true for someone who is hearing impared.

  I say keep K or BK ..or you may not end up in my logs.
