OK, I'll look at those times and on those frequenceis. Maybe it is just me but
if I hear nothing on 080 I'll still slowly listen and move up to 090 and them
back down to 080.

Timing sounds good (15 on the hour, 10 on the half hour) but I would
suggest the normal calling frequencies of 21.080 and 28.080. Most of us
listen there first and if there is little or no activity, there is no need
to listen higher in the band.
