Robert,

The standard way of reporting the frequency of a FSK signal is
to report the RF frequency of the MARK (higher) tone.  Yaesu,
among other radios, will automatically offset the display frequency
by the mark tone when in RTTY mode.  Reporting the "carrier" frequency
of AFSK operation is just plain wrong ... particularly when the tones
can be high/low/non-standard and the sideband can be either upper or
lower.

Similarly, PSK operation should be reported as the RF frequency ...
not the dial (suppressed carrier) frequency and some offset (which
direction)?
