[RTTY] The other guy's TX is reversed

OK, here is the problem.  The dxpedition comes on RTTY  and is transmitting 
reversed but receiving normal.
 
I use WriteLog and RttyRite, and it is a pain to handle that  situation.  My 
old HAL software allowed me to select rx and tx  polarity.
 
So how are the Big Guys doing it?--better than me, I  hope.
