"Polarity" isn't exactly the right word. He is talking about the
nature of the FSK keying signal going into the rig. Some rigs want an
open for MARK, some want open for SPACE. In either case, the polarity
presented by the rig to the keyer is positive. I've never seen a rig
with it negative, although there might be one somewhere. If someone
has such a rig, please let us know.
