Kostas, SV1DPI pointed out an easier way for DX4WIN users:

In your QSO preferences, change "Confirmed QSOs" to "Upload 
Conf".  Then save.  Now the Report windows will show only LoTW confirmations.

You can change that preference back to whatever you had before.
