There is that little thing, called "spirit and intent" of the rules, that 
once was a vital part of the summary sheet, which was submitted along with 
your log. Using my definition, SO1R does not include using an external 
receiver?

SO1R = one (1) person, using one (1) radio, regardless of whether is had 
dual VFO's, and if it does, not using that second VFO!  How can this be 
enforced? The same way HP/LP is enforced.

SO2R = one (1) person, using more than one (1) radio.
