GPL... since it's all in window C++
The MT63 was ported from the Linux version to the snap in by Erik Gawtry of
timewave, with Pawel Jewel's help.
Back then we just called it free source code, but that was the early 80's on
CompuServe.
It's open source.

Do you mean under the GNU General Public License (GPL) or under GNU
itself (most of the suite of applications that make up a Linux system
when used with the Linux kernel)?
