Allan,

I see your last upload to LoTW was 3/10/2009. And I have you in my log on 
160m CW in January of 1997 and 2006 but no match for these contest contacts.

You said you created a Cabrillo text file. Did you process this file using 
tQSL to attach your certificate before uploading it to LoTW? You need to 
upload the file ending in *.tq8, not a *.txt file.
