I've made few Qso's on top band on PSK31 mode with Russians.
Does  it  means  that they've worked illegally and qsl cards from them
are invalid?

Anyway,  I'm  glad  to hear about the idea of RTTY contest on 160m and
I hope it the will be such contest in the contest calendar.
