[RTTY] The perfect delay for run CQ?

Curious what y'all use for CQ delay in your run macro?
I tried values from 3 to 5 seconds and it seemed that about 4 seconds 
worked.
Running barefoot to dipoles, or 400W to dipoles.

New to rtty contesting and working towards perfection <grin>.
