FWIW I ran two MMTTY 1.68A versions/plug-in for Writelog (one radio).
Standard RTTY on one and most of the time AA6YQ profile on the other. AFC

Haven't read all the replies to this post, but for what's it's worth, I ran
MMTTY version 1.68A with the MMTTY plug-in for WriteLog all weekend using
the FIR profile only and WITHOUT the Dual Peak Filter and at no time did AGC
turn itself off.

MMTTY randomly turning AFC off (when I want it on) is still with us. Under
