[RTTY] thanks to DARC for 2010 WAE Plaque!

Thanks to contest manager DF7ZS and the Deutscher Amateur Radio 
Club for the neat plaque for the 2010 WAE RTTY LP NA that came
today.

With the use of QTCs the WAE contests are unique and quite a bit of
fun. 

Also many thanks to all the folks who get on the air and make these
contests so much fun!
