The rules are very confusing.  I emailed asking whether serial numbers should 
reset between rounds and was told no, they should carry on.    It's also a 
single log submission for the two rounds together.

I guess it's just to increase activity, you can work everyone in the second 
round that you worked in the first round.

I'll be on the high band rounds, just on 15m.  Hopefully the recent sun 'fart' 
will have died down a little bit by then and there will be some activity.
