Yes there have been some bad things happen. It has happened on all modes.

It only takes a few idiots to cause these problems. This is the first day of FT5ZM on RTTY and they are currently working split up to 38KHz (but that's another issue). Just think of how many stations are calling them right now; 100s, 1000s? There will always be a small percentage who make mistakes or cause trouble. That's a fact. We can't expect RTTY operation to be free of these problems but we can still take pride in being on this mode. Not better, not more professional, just diddling!

Any further reference to RTTY operators being "more professional" or better
ops needs to be discontinued. It's terrible to hear callsigns that should
know better calling on the CQ frequency, stations jamming the DX's TX
frequency, and the constant cat calls from the cops about lids and up.

The largest fault of today's society, "me first" and a complete lack of
common courtesy, has fully gripped ham operators as well. "I can't work
them, and I've been singled out because I called on the CQ frequency, so I'm
going to jam it and make cat calls" is absolutely atrocious.
