The ARRL has their Donor Recognition Reception Dinner at the Dayton Country
Club on Thursday, the same night as the RTTY Dinner. Press release from
the 2013 ARRL Donor Reception below. If we could get the RTTY dinner and
the ARRL dinner combined in the same room, that would make for a very
interesting dinner. :-)

More than 160 guests enjoyed a congenial evening at the 13th Annual ARRL
2013 Dayton Donor Recognition Reception held on Thursday, May 16, 2013 at
the Meadowbrook Country Club in Clayton, Ohio. Guests included ARRL members
who have supported the ARRL with a gift of $1,000 or more this past year,
are members of The Maxim Society and/or have made a commitment to the ARRL
Second Century Campaign. ARRL Directors were also invited. ARRL First Vice
President Rick Roderick, K5UR, was the keynote speaker for the evening,
followed by Craig Thompson, K9CT. Roderick and Thompson spoke on the merits
of the ARRL and the avocation of Amateur Radio, and the importance of giving
back through the Second Century Campaign. Special thanks to Jim Simpson,
WB8QZZ, of DARA for his audio and photography skills
