Louisiana and Alabama start tonight. Look for me on 20 meter RTTY starting at 
0001Z. Charlie, N5WE, should be on 40 meter RTTY
tonight as well.

It looks like they rotate every week, with the new ones beginning on Wednesday 
and running through the following Tuesday. They have
been careful to not have the same call area duplicated in the same week, so 
it's easy to tell which state is which in any given week
just by the number.
