I'm not sure what W3LPL is doing but I did find one their spots was FSK 
frequency as I worked a new mult a little while ago. So I'm
confused as to why I saw no kind of action around the previous spotted 
stations.  Oh well...

Hi Don:

Could it be that W3LPL is picking up the spot from some other source and just 
relaying it. Many a time I have seen W3LPL spots only
to find out later that the spot came from another source and we had no 
propagation to even hear the spot.
