W3LPL "rebroadcasts" skimmer spots from all over the world but strips
comments and the original skimmer source.  W3LPL is "the boy who cried
Wolf!" - his "spots" only serve to further clog the DX Cluster for the
benefit of his ego.

Hi Don:

Could it be that W3LPL is picking up the spot from some other source and just 
relaying it. Many a time I have seen W3LPL spots only
to find out later that the spot came from another source and we had no 
propagation to even hear the spot.
