I'm impressed with my ability to pass Element 1B. Not so impressed
with my ability to pass Element 1C, however, given that I didn't.
The one thing the ARRL learned about license classes is to never take
away privileges. Given that the Element 4A Advanced test was *harder*
than the Element 4B Extra, there is no reason to just flip the bit and
make them all Extras. Novices are all inactive anyway so making them
Technicians doesn't matter since they'll all expire in a few years.
