And it usually does. I would not own one unless it was on a crank up and
tilt over tower that automatically gets the antenna to the ground! They are
always broken!

People seem to be very happy with the Steppir but I'm a bit leery of
any moving parts 80 feet up in the air. Eventually something will
break.
