Hello all:
I hope everyone is geared up for our club combined score effort in the
Calif QSO Party this weekend. As it turns out, I will have to play two
tennis matches during the contest period, in addition to family and
church responsibilities, but I will be very QRV whenever I can get to
the rig. I am excluding a few minor contests this weekend that occur on
the low bands or during hours that I doubt there will be good
propagation to the target areas.
1. TARA PSK Rumble Contest. 00 - 24Z Sat. 80 - 6 M PSK.
http://www.n2ty.org/seasons/tara_rumble_rules.html. I know some of you
have PSK capability, but have never heard of a SECC member submitting a
score for a PSK contest or for PSK in any contest permitting such
contacts. Is anyone interested in such information on an ongoing basis?
2. Oceania DX Contest, Phone. Sat 08Z to Sun 08Z. 160 - 10 M Phone.
Exchange: RS + Serial #.

3. EU Autumn SSB Sprint. 15 - 1859Z Sat. 80, 40, 20 M. SSB.
Exchange: Both callsigns + Serial # + Name.
http://www.qsl.net/eusprint/rules_g.html. There is a QSY rule. I think
it is 6 khz after soliciting a contact. My computer can't access the
webpage right now to check on that rule.
4. California QSO Party. 16Z Sat - 22Z Sun. CW/Phone. 160 - 2M.
Club aggregate competition. Exchange: Serial number and Calif County
or SPC. http://www.cqp.org/Rules.html.
5. RSGB 21/28 mhz SSB Contest. 07 to 19Z Sun. Exchange: RST + Serial
Nr + UK District Code for UK stations.

6. ARS Spartan Sprint QRP Contest. 01 - 03 Z Tuesday (Monday night
local). Exchange: RST + SPC + power. CW. Usual frequencies: 3560,

Hope everyone has a fun weekend with a lot of contacts, especially in CQP.
