For those who may have missed it, there is an article on the front page of 
the Business section of today's AJC about BPL and three test markets in GA: 
Habersham EMC, Jackson EMC and GreyStone in Douglasville.  Also there's a 
sidebar with the headline, "Interference bugs ham radio users."
