[SECC] Proposed New Center for Circle - Savannah

Hi all - Thanks for thinking of SE Georgia!  While there may not be  big 
scores from here, changing the circle will encourage other more casual  
contesters 
to contribute logs such as K4WP and K4SDJ.  Plus we have some  new hams 
interested in DX and contests.  As for me, I plan to be more  active after the 
new 
station is on the air with hopefully better scores.
