Hi Mark (N5OT)
The "10 minutes" are defined as the minimum time between the last
qso (on the previous band) and the next qso (on the next band)
"Single-Transmitter: Only one transmitter and one band permitted
during the same time period (defined as 10 minutes).
Surely TR should start timing from the moment of band change PLUS
the time between the last qso.
If the rig is switched from band A to band B (then band C , D etc),
and no contacts are made on band B (C or D etc), then the rig
could be returned to band A and continue immediately without
having to wait to make more qsos.
