[TRLog] Alt-D and band map

Thanks to the keen eyes of a very sleepy N2IC (near the end of the DX contest),
I have found some problems with the band map and Alt-D.  In most cases, the 
multiplier status will be shown incorrectly in a band map entry added with 
Alt-D.

This is all fixed up for the next release - which will probably be until the
weekend now.
