[TRLog] CW latency

During the WRTC, I used ver 6.70 set up similiar to other contests I've
participated in. I use an IC-706M2G with the radio interface and a parallel
port keyer. During this contest, I noticed that TR would cut off the first
couple of morse characters when in S&P or when responding to a CQ reply.
I've never had this happen with previous versions. I use TR in a strictly
DOS environment with a 1.8 ghz computer. Any thoughts out there?
