SMARTDRV.EXE goes in AUTOEXEC.BAT ... the TR manual is wrong. LH (LOADHIGH)
commands are for AUTOEXEC.BAT whereas CONFIG.SYS uses DEVICEHIGH commands to
load programs in upper memory.
