[Trlog] Another beta version available

If anyone is playing with the CT network, I have a beta version that has 
a lot more functionality if you want to test it.  I will hopefully finish
the one or two remaining pieces of it and do a full release before CQ WW
SSB.

If has the bandmap, packet and most of the passing features implemented.
