I noticed this also.  Being still a bit new to TR, I hadn't realized this
was a problem.  I was surprised when calls started showing up in the CALL
window when I hadn't entered them myself.
It would be nice if it were consistent.

I too am experiencing the problem with Bandmap calls not showing up in
the call window.  Sometimes when this happens the cursor sits in the
middle of the call window as if the call is in there but not being
displayed.

Haven't tried tuning down the band to see what happens.
