New Contest Country Files are available.  You can download them from:

Please make sure to follow the installation instructions in README.TXT

This release is a major change to the way that USA callsign zone 
exceptions work.  I used the master callsign database from Randy, 
K5ZD dated 7 October 2005.  If a call in that database is in a 
different CQ zone than the callsign would indicate, based on the FCC 
mailing address as of 9 October 2005 (i.e. W8 in WV [zone 5] or NL7 
in OK [zone 4]), then the call was added to the country file.
