[Trlog] Packet and Bandmap in v6.91

TR fills the bandmap for the band you're on, but when accessing the bandmap via
CNTRL-END, you cannot tell TR to show you all the bands (B) or mode (M).  The
entries in the bandmap disappear until you escape the sequence.

Probably not a big deal for most of you... I figure I'm one of the few who
still logs into a cluster via external 1200 baud RF modem (PK-232).
