[Trlog] Mixed marriages - or IRQs TRUE and False

6.91 reads the OMNI VI and Icom radios ok without the USE IRQS = TRUE 
line in the config.sys file but the Orion doesn't show up as the second radio.
6.91 recognizes the Orion with the USE IRQS = TRUE line but the first radio
"disappears" from view.  Can this marriage be saved?

The good news is that the Band Output Ports work ok in 6.91
