The problem must be somewhere in my config file or maybe I have a bad .DOM
or CTY.DAT file.
Anyone able to point me to someplace that will have 'good' versions of
those? ['good' means not corrupted like mine may be].
I think the .DOM file is S48p13DC.dom which should allow DC to be a separate
entity as I recall.
Maybe the latest country file from Jim is the simplest way to handle that.
Thanks to all who assured me the problem was right here in 'my own back
yard' as Dorothy might say.
