I think that the original request for info on the mikerophone came from
Ronald Hands, and Jerry Johnson described it as:

I got such a microphone with my Ten-Tec Delta 580 back in 1981, or so. It
sits before me on the desk. It is a model 215. Dim memory from the last
time I took it apart to change the way the rocker switch functions is that
it is from Electrovoice.
