In netscape 3.01G mail program, REPLY or REPLY TO ALL only gets
addresses, no content. I have to punch quote to get the text. But I can
take out all that's not necessary for continuity.
We must remember that some users essentially pay by the received
character (long distance to their server) and lots of repeats and quotes
runs their cost up unreasonably. As do graphics attachments they
probably can't read except as an extended pile of random characters.
