I dont have a pegasus but have had lots of interference from
computer monitors with other tranceivers therefore I cant
agree with wa2ac's response. My experience with about a
dozen monitors is that a) be sure it is class B interference
rated, but that their is variation and some class B are still
bad; b) be sure it has cylindrical lump(s) in the cord--chokes?;
and finally set up a receiver with a small ant placed close
to the monitor and tune throught out the
frequencies of interest for interference. All of my monitors
from the cheap to the expensive have produced interference.
Be sure that your TV is off, that the interference isnt from
the neighbors wireless telephone extensions(80m sig) or
your computer or keyboard!

I wish that the ARRL would do a review on interference free
monitors but it would obsolete quickly. Unfortunately I suspect
that flat panel monitors will not solve this problem. While they
dont have an elecron beam moving, they do have high freq
refresh signals, and they do not have a shadow mask on the
front to help contain the internal signals.
