Hi Bill
I noticed thatwhen I bought my scout a few years ago. Ten Tec couldn't
help me as there was no access in the processor to reconfigure as a type
"a". I built an outboad keyer and it hangs from the scout with velcro.
Ten Tec apparently had no particular choice in mind. I also have an Omni
6 which has "a or b" in it's menu. I don't think that most people are
into iambic squeeze keying. With a single paddle it doesn't matter.
