Hi George,
I suspect it has to do with our humidity here. Just about
always the Relative Humidity is over 60% and frequently
in the high 70's low 80's. Of course, when it is raining,
is higher. So far the rain fall at this QTH is about
51 inches year to date; at island center, at least 300+",
on the way to a trypical 450" or so around Mt. Waialeale,
about 12 miles North of here! At the moment, my merter
reads the RH to be 71%. Temp is 75F and due
point sitting now at 65F. Life here in November, hi.
Ate the chrome finish away on my Vib. paddles, also. I keep
my keys covered now with cloth, that "micro" fiber stuff
used to clean glasses. Seems to have solved that problem,
wipe the keys down daily with these clothes as well.
