Thats exactly why I have a both a 1.8KHz SSB filter and a 500 Hz CW
filter in the high IF on the Omni VI+.
It's a killer of a receiver with also a 1.8KHz SSB in the low IF, a 500
Hz and 250Hz CW filters there too. Bottom line with this
configuration..... if it ain't in the passband, it ain't heard!
