[TenTec] Save the Memories!

I would be very glad to add this function to my Jupiter software.
All tentec has to do is add a command to read all memories
and another command to write all memories to their next firmware
version.  Once that is there with documentation as to how to access
the new commands, I will put it in my software for the Jupiter.
