[TenTec] OMNI D Amp Relay ?

I've got and OMNI D series C and I find the amplifier
relay to be quite annoying and would like to disable
it. Since I don't have the manual for it (yet) I
wonder if someone could tell me its location. I think
it's on the bottom of the cabinet ? I disabled one on
a previous OMNI but can't remember the location
offhand.

Any help appreciated.
