Any form of standard system will be of no use. It will
be based on what a human being thinks. The RST system
is a standard system and we all know how well that one
works. I do give honest reports at all times and have
had stations just go silent after giving them
something orther than a 59.
What one person thinks is a 10 will be a 6 by someone
else. Personal opinion is just that. Used rigs are
just that, used rigs. Exterior cleanup is easy and
when it looks good, we tend to think that it is.
I am sorry that you got burned at a hamfest. If you do
see these chaps again, go the the fest officials and
state the facts and ask that they be removed. If it
works, great, if not, keep quite, a civil case may
come from any public statments made by you.
