Unfortunately,  no.  The FCC has specified the emission type:
2K8J3E emission only.

We will share one channel only with the UK.

That is the one common frequency which US
amateurs will have when released,  except seems we
can only use voice-USB,  or as the FCC specifies
the mode, 2K8J3E emission only.  That does not include
CW,  psk,  etc.
