That's not what the website says.  It says "1 or 2 day delivery orders must
be received by 2 PM Eastern time".  The key word here is "delivery".  If one
wishes Federal Express Next Day service then that order must be received by
2PM to allow for packaging, processing and getting it to FedEx by their
(Fed-X) cut-off time for guaranteed next day delivery.   This doesn't look
like it says it is in stock for next day delivery.

Just one fellows English interpretation of the words.
