[TenTec] Interference II / Gary Hoffman

Hello, I usually run into it around 7.195 +/- 5khz, and again at 7.270 +/- 5 
khz. I also went down to 7.118, and also heard it there but it was weaker than 
above. It has a digital / warbling sound kind of like slow scan TV but not 
really. Its hard for me to describe, other than sounding like a data stream. It 
may be only local to me, that's why I'm wondering if it
might be propagating from somewhere else. I'll try to document times that I
