Hi Rick,

Strange...we always used to refer to the European 190 ~ 550 kHz broadcast
band as "long-wave", and the 550 kHz ~ 1.7 MHz broadcast band as
"medium-wave". This would tend to characterise the 160m amateur band as
"medium-wave" or "MF".
