[TenTec] Omni V , aux relay

Greetings;
I recently purchased an Omni V.  In checking it out I noticed the aux 
relay to  control an external amp or what
ever, is not working. Looking at the board and it appears the relay 
itself is not open.  I suspect the transistor
that keys that relay.  Has anyone else had this problem?  I love the rig 
otherwise, the readout and the receiver
are excellent, and I have  had good reports on the audio. Thanks in 
advance  for comments or advice.
