I believe that the old 229 and all versions of the 238 all have the same
T-circuit. The differences are in the boxes.
The 229 matched the old Omni-A., D, C series. The original 238 matched the
Paragon, Omni-V, VI series of gray radios. The 238 A and B match the black
Jupiters and Orions. It's interesting because the Ten-Tec web site
advertises the 238B, but the photo they show is the 238A.
I believe they all have the sliderule dial, but I could be wrong.
