Do we know why LDG is discontinuing the AT-11MP?

Any reasonable concerns re. long-term reliability and
parts availability for repair?

Does the AT11-MP do a reasonable job of filling the
gaps between Ham bands for MARS and other apps?

I do like the idea of being able to use the autotuner
with other rigs (e.g. a Heath SB-101 and Drake TR7).
